Delivery Information

Despatch

Orders placed before 10am are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time should be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed after this time on a Friday or any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Delivery

If your order is for delivery in the UK it will be dispatched using our Standard delivery service.

This service utilises Royal Mail 2nd Class for all parcels under 2kg. For parcels over 2kg these will be dispatched by Parcel Force.

When can I expect my delivery?

Your order should be with you within 2-5 days of your order being dispatched.

What if I’m not in when the delivery is attempted?

If you are not in when delivery is attempted Royal Mail should leave a “Something for You” card. Unless the parcel is small enough to fit through your letterbox.

My parcel is damaged, what can I do?

If your parcel is damaged upon arrival with you, please send us an email at hello@reachpharmacy.com detailing the damage. 
Where possible, please attach digital photographs of the damage.

International Delivery

E.U. Orders

Orders for delivery to countries within the EU will be dispatched by Royal Mail’s International service.

When can I expect my delivery?

Your order should be with you within 5-10 days of your order being dispatched.

Rest of the World Orders

If the delivery country for your order is not within the EU it will be dispatched by Royal Mail’s International service.

We cannot accept any responsibility for import fees, duties or taxes.

When can I expect my delivery?

Your order should be with you within 7-14 days of your order being dispatched.

Restricted Items

We are unable to send pharmacy-only medicines or perfumes, aerosol sprays outside of the UK.

My parcel is damaged, what can I do?
